Steps for adding additional time to Paternity Leave

Employees have an option to extend their paternity time by requesting non-paid leave time.  To request this, access the company's HR portal and enter your credentials. Use password recovery or contact IT if needed.  Find the section for leave requests, labeled as "Leave Management" or similar, and click on it.  Choose the appropriate leave type (vacation, sick, personal, etc.) for your request.  Check your entries for accuracy and completeness before submission.  Click the "Submit" button to send your request to HR. You should receive a confirmation message.
